lll444 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "us") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the Platform.

Eligibility and Account Registration

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You will operate the account for yourself and for personal entertainment only — not on behalf of others or for professional purposes.
• Officers, employees of lll444 or their close relatives may not place bets on this platform.

2.2 Responsibility for Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. In the event of false information being provided, lll444 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and forfeit all balances. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

lll444 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• For suspicious transactions, lll444 may request additional documents for review.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on lll444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at lll444 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives you a ৳10,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Different games may contribute at different percentages toward meeting the wagering requirements.
• If the requirements are not met within the specified period after claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• lll444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses, arbitrage betting, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage by any other dishonest means — may result in lll444 closing the account and forfeiting all winnings and bonuses.

VIP Program and Rewards

lll444's VIP Program has three tiers. By playing regularly you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits.

The decision on VIP tier changes is reserved by lll444. Cashback is added to the account at a set time at the end of each week. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lll444 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to manage games or betting.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating betting outcomes with other players (match fixing).
• Using the platform's name, logo or brand identity without authorization.
• Harassing, threatening or defrauding other users.
• Creating or operating an account by providing false or misleading information.

Gaming Rules

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on lll444 are provided by various well-known game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules, which are clearly stated within the game.

7.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA), kabaddi and other popular sports. Betting odds are variable and may change before or during an event.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled before an event starts.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the platform's decision regarding that bet is final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, lll444 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• Specific bet limits apply for live betting.

7.3 Fair Play Guarantee

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by lll444

lll444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In accordance with a court or regulatory authority order.

8.2 Account Closure by the User
